Jessie Cockburn was an extremely kind and popular woman brought up in the Skippers Canyon who displayed great courage and determination.
Description
Compact, semi-deciduous native shrub, with rounded habit.
Height 1x1m.
Glossy, light green leaves.
Produces profuse quantity of pink to dark wine coloured fruit held within the foliage.
Uses
Attractive, tidy garden specimen.
Massed landscape plantings.
Position
Open site or semi –shade.
Well-drained medium soils.
Pollination
May require male for good berry production e.g. Aristotelia “Kingsley Butler”
Care
May be pruned lightly [or hard] if desired.
